Concept and modular telemedicine platform for measuring of vital signs, ADL and behavioral patterns of elderly in home settings

摘要: In this contribution a new centralized platform for telemedicine is presented. It combines functions measuring of vital signs, ADL and behavioral patterns especially designed home care scenarios the use by elderly people who are not familiar with PC. Unlike many other approaches we did modified standard PC but developed dedicated hardware platform. comes various interfaces to communicate different medical systems. We implemented modular software architecture, which allows managing multiple user accounts personal settings. Every account can be adapted individually user. device that connected has its own module, in data analyzed, displayed, stored an internal database or transmitted server.
