摘要: With the recent loss of public confidence in firms America, Australia, Britain, and other countries, more companies are being forced to promote themselves their internal external stakeholders order maintain protect reputations. This article advises communicate reputation message form a corporate story—a narrative that speaks about company's mission, morality, modes operation. It then provides guidelines for creating evaluating these stories.
