摘要: Abstract TiC particles reinforced Ni-based alloy composite coatings were prepared on 7005 aluminum by plasma spray. The effects of load, speed and temperature the tribological behavior mechanisms under dry friction researched. wear prediction model was established based least square support vector machine (LS-SVM). results show that exhibit smaller coefficients losses than different conditions. predicting time LS-SVM is only 12.93% BP-ANN model, accuracies former are increased 58.74% 41.87% compared with latter. can effectively predict P /Ni-base friction.
