摘要: Abstract The TiC particles reinforced Ni-based alloy composite coatings were prepared by plasma spray. microstructure and tribological properties of the investigated. results show that are mainly composed γ -Ni, CrB, Cr 7 C 3 TiC. A transition layer 9.4 μm in thickness forms at interface, indicating metallurgy bond between coating substrate. When content is 30% volume fraction, both friction coefficient wear rate reach lowest values. 0.33 which reduced compared with pure coating; 0.3×10 −3 mm /m about 1/3 latter. Under load 6-10 N, a slight stage their mechanisms adhesive wear. high 12 suffer from severe wear, change into desquamation hard phases delamination transferred layer.
