摘要: The term perioperative medicine describes the consultation, care, or co-management of a patient undergoing surgery (the preparing for, having and recuperating from at risk complications [1]; with specific risks; methods reduction medical management by healthcare professionals during this time period) provided team thanks to cooperation among anaesthesiologist, surgeon internal physician. Evidence supporting best practices in is expanding, though historically, field has been directed common practice experience [2]. Perioperative represent true challenge specialties, practitioners specialty even specialist same category. A wide range differences exists their approach diagnosing treating otherwise healthy people who need treatment due pathology organ. Given increasing complexity care required for hospitalised patients, there greater reliance on system preoperative assessment. Several institutions have developed surgical/medical teams that jointly patients setting. widely recognised as an integral component overall surgical case [3, 4].
