SnO2 nanoparticles mediated nontraditional synthesis of biologically active 9-chloro-6,13-dihydro-7-phenyl-5H-indolo [3,2-c]-acridine derivatives

摘要: An efficient, practical, and eco-friendly method of preparation 9-chloro-6,13-dihydro-7-phenyl-5H-indolo[3,2-c]-acridines (3a–c) is reported by Friedlander condensation 2-amino-5-chlorobenzophenone 1 active methylene compound 3,4-dihydro-2H-carbazol-1(9H)-ones (2a–c) in the presence SnO2 nanoparticles under microwave irradiation. Indoloacridines, 3a–c, were screened for their vitro hemolytic activity, on human erythrocytes cytotoxicity, HeLa Vero cells.
