摘要: Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune and multifactorial disease, its pathogenesis associated with many genetic environmental factors. Long Non-coding RNA (lncRNAs) are a group of genes that have recently been identified as predisposing factors for the development cancers. Objectives: This case–control study to evaluate expression two lncRNAs including Urothelial Carcinoma Associated 1 (UCA1) Cancer-Associated Transcript 2 (CCAT2) in Relapsing-Remitting Sclerosis (RRMS) patients compared healthy control group. Methods: In this case-control study, UCA1 CCAT2 was evaluated 50 RRMS (37 females, 13 males mean age 36.2 ± 2.9 years) controls (38 12 35.3 2.1), using TaqMan real-time PCR technique. conducted during 2017 2018 at Shahid Beheshti University Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran.
