摘要: The Norwegian per capita sales of wine have more than doubled over the past 20 years, while sprits and beer declined. These changes are likely to be effect in economic, demographic, attitudinal factors as well availability wine. We esti- mated age-period-cohort (APC) logit models using data from a large repeated cross-sectional survey period 1991–2015. estimation results indicate substantial effects APC variables income, availability, attitudes. model was used simulate consumption life cycle different birth cohorts. simulation that frequency increases by age, younger cohorts expected increase their frequencies older cohorts, which suggests an increased time.
