摘要: A role for the ubiquitous Torque teno (TT) viruses in pathogenesis of disease has not been resolved. In vivo and vitro intragenomic rearrangement TT virus genomes demonstrated. Replication cell culture a subviral molecule (411 bp) occurs through oligomerisation RNA transcripts. Although functions respective viral genes, as well newly formed genes rearranged molecules, are largely unknown, certain similarities to plant family Geminiviridae will be described. degree similarity cellular poses question molecular mimicry autoimmune diabetes.
