摘要: Viral infections have been implicated in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis. Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has frequently investigated as a possible candidate and torque teno (TTV) also discussed this context. Nevertheless, mechanistic aspects remain unresolved. We report viral replication, measured by genome amplification, well quantitative PCR two TTV-HD14 isolates isolated from sclerosis brain series EBV-positive -negative lymphoblastoid Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines. Our results demonstrate replication both transfected TTV genomes up to day 21 post transfection all evaluated Quantitative amplification indicates statistically significant enhanced lines, including EBV-converted BJAB line, comparison EBV-negative line BJAB. This suggests helper effect EBV TTV. The present study provides information on interaction etiology progression
