摘要: Plasma membrane ion channels, and in particular TRPC channels need a specific environment association with scaffolding, signaling, cytoskeleton proteins order to play their important functional role. The molecular composition of is an factor determining channel activation mechanisms. are incorporated macromolecular complexes including several key Ca2 + signaling as well involved vesicle trafficking, cytoskeletal interactions, scaffolding. Evidence has been provided for calmodulin (CaM), IP3R, PMCA, Gq/11, RhoA, variety scaffolding proteins. interaction between adaptor proteins, determines mode regulation cellular localization function. Adaptor do not display any enzymatic activity but act scaffold the building complexes. assembling these Ca2+ complexes, correct sub-cellular protein partners, channelosome. In particular, via multiple protein–protein motifs, can interact various transmembrane potential, excitability. Scaffolding components organization channelosomes that serves platform regulating slow entry, spatially temporally controlled [Ca2+]i signals -dependent functions.
