摘要: The nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) transcription factor family plays critical roles in the pathophysiology of hematologic neoplasias, including multiple myeloma. current review examines that this system myeloma cells and nonmalignant accessory local microenvironment; as well evidence indicating a large proportion patients harbor genomic lesions which perturb diverse genes regulating activity NF-κB. This article also discusses therapeutic targeting NF-κB pathway using proteasome inhibitors, pharmacological class has become cornerstone management myeloma; reviews some future challenges opportunities for NF-κB-related research
