摘要: The inter-organizational software construction implies the distribution of work related to coding and test product components. collaboration is needed ensure expected results. organizations not only face all challenges identified in distributed environments, such as communication, coordination, knowledge transfer, teamwork, etc. Also, concerns arise regarding efficiency exposure organizational processes uncertainty about specific responsibilities each organization achieve result collaboration, especially when they have previously collaborated. This paper presents a set activities executed by three prepare phase, called Run-Through Practice (RTP). agreed execute it because seen need working together construct components integrate them into large-scale product, since had worked before. During RTP, established their collaborative relationship through agreements coordination cooperation activities. Among results, discovered mechanisms be performed allowing systematize technical issues.
