摘要: All modern software development processes try to help project teams conduct their work. While there are some important differences between them, the commonalities far greater - and understandably, since end goal of them all is produce working quickly effectively. Thus, it doesn’t matter which process you adopt as long adaptable, extensible, capable absorbing good ideas, even if they arise from other processes. To achieve this kind flexibility things need change. The focus needs shift definition complete capture reusable practices. Teams should be able mix-and-match practices ideas many different sources create effective ways working, ones that suit address risks. In new approach process, we call “EssWork”, select practices, then composed integrated seamlessly into environments provide dynamic contextualized guidance, active facilitation, remove mundane tasks through clever automation. paper examine issues facing current generation show why have had enough them. We introduce concept demonstrate a superior traditional documentation, innovations needed bring life. Finally present EssWork how can realize investment in learning, developing, documenting best
