摘要: Background: MenAfriVacTM is the first of World Health Organization (WHO)’s pre-qualified vaccines to be allowed mass vaccination campaign at a temperature below or equal 40°C during 4 days. This new practice has already been used in some African countries. article described opinion and use this technique by actors on field, Cote d’Ivoire, December 2014. Methods: We conducted crosssectional study CTC field their perception practice, 2 25 health districts Findings: As results, Seguela 98.25% respondents expressed favourable CTC, citing advantages such as vaccine carriers requiring no ice packs (29.2%), financial benefit (12.28%) lighter (5.26%). In Bouna, gave same in, respectively, 34%, 2% 8% cases. The peak total vials for immunization sessions reached 376 day one, then dropped 235 three 220 six. Discussion: Vaccinators found benefits related but they were cautious using technique.
