摘要: The effect of pressure to 160 kilobars was measured on the absorption edges III-V compounds AlSb, GaSb, InP, and InAs, II-VI CdS, CdSe, CdTe, I-VII CuCl, CuBr, CuI. It is possible discuss band structure with reasonable assurance relative known group IV structures. For compounds, ionic other effects must be important. A number new phase transitions were noted at high pressure. CuCl CuBr $T\ensuremath{-}P$ curves some these established.
