摘要: Abstract The mechanical spectrum of γ-Na 0.66 CoO 2 below room temperature was measured using the vibrating reed method at kilohertz frequencies. In cooling process, internal friction is less dependent above 240 K and shows a continuous decrease with in annealed sample. A transition suggested to occur around 240 K, which proposed be freezing mobility sodium atoms. similar behavior observed as-prepared However, another peak appears 160 K. This expected thermally activated relaxation some relationship oxygen vacancies.
