Internal friction study of oxygen ion conductors La1.95K0.05Mo2−xTxO9−δ(T=Fe,Mn)

摘要: Based on the oxygen ion conductor La 2 Mo O 9 , a series of K, Fe, and Mn doped samples 1.95 K 0.05 − x T δ ( = Fe ; 0 0.025 0.1 ) were prepared with conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects doping cationic anionic ionsdiffusion,phase transition, electrical conductivity studied. mechanical spectroscopy (or internal friction) technique was exploited to investigate microscopic transport mechanism deduce dynamical relaxation parameters. Three friction peaks P L H M observed in samples, among which are relaxational type while is associated kind phase transition. results revealed that peak originated from short-distance jumps vacancies, diffusion (Fe) ions transition static disordered state dynamic distribution. measurements, it can be concluded high-temperature improved obviously by or at site low-temperature increased simultaneous site.
