Evolution of internal friction and dielectric relaxation peaks in La2Mo2O9-based oxide-ion conductors assessed by a nonlinear peak-fitting method

摘要: In this paper, a nonlinear peak-fitting program is proposed based on the Bevington method, which would be helpful for decomposition of relaxation peaks in investigation both internal friction and dielectric relaxation. Using program, two severely overlapped pure doped La 2 Mo O 9 oxide-ion conductors have been successfully decomposed, thus peak height position exactly determined. From fitting results conclusion reached that samples there are (P 1 at lower temperature P higher temperature), but only one d2 ). Another d1 ) appears appropriately samples. With increasing doping content Ca, K, Bi, activation energies all increase, decreases while increases. However, heights increase first then decrease after passing through maximum.
