摘要: Vaccination with the native Parasite Surface Antigen 2 of Leishmania major Corynebacterium parvum as adjuvant protects mice from leishmaniasis through a Th1 mediated response. Here we show that vaccination recombinant form this protein, purified Escherichia coli and administered in iscoms or C. adjuvant, does not induce protective immunity despite induction responses. The results suggest depends on ability vaccinating antigen to Th1-like T cells be recalled by infection. Therefore, conformation antigens may play more role for cell than originally considered.
