摘要: The detrimental effect of a low pH due to the accumulation lactate on cell growth and nisin production by Lactococcus lactis is well known. To avoid such an inhibitory enhance production, new strategy rerouting carbon flux was considered. This will be conducted in two ways: (i) ethanol, or (ii) alanine. confirm feasibility both compounds as targets reroute flux, their effects were investigated.
