摘要: The effects of estradiol and nafoxidine on nuclear estrogen receptor binding, RNA polymerase activities, uterine ultrastructure were studied. Animals either injected with estradiol, implanted estradiol/paraffin pellets, or nafoxidine. treated implants showed sustained long-term retention increased activities for up to 72 hr. A single injection caused initial increases in these variables which returned control levels by 24 hr after hormone treatment. Uterine tissue was examined light electron microscopy treatments. Uteri from eith estradiol-implanted nafoxidine-treated animals markedly hypertrophy the luminal epithelial cells. Nuclei sections uteri hyperestrogenized displayed a large number wide array bodies composed filamentous capsule granular cores. We conclude that hyperestrogenization, condition eventually results abnormal cell growth, is correlated binding receptor, activity, appearance bodies.
