摘要: Long primer PCR (LP-PCR) markers specifically targeted to sequences involved in the response abiotic stress were utilised analyse genetic variation within and among wild barley populations from Israel.Populations sampled locations reflecting a wide range of habitats potential correlation between ecogeographic parameters was examined. A high level polymorphism observed. Most variability due differences populations, however substantial portion (36%) could be attributed indicating local adaptation genotypes microclimatic conditions. Moreover, clustering ordination techniques showed that grouped together according their area origin separated on thebasis ecogeography, chiefly by combination temperature, altitude rainfall variables. Finally, 28% polymorphic fragments significantly correlated with parameters. Our results demonstrate effectiveness PCR-based molecular environmentally regulated genes detecting ‘useful’ andthus monitoring impact exerted environment ongenetic differentiation.
