摘要: Genetic variability in RAPDs (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) was studied 104 genotypes of wild barley, Hordeum spontaneum from 21 populations sampled Israel, Turkey and Iran, seven population each country. The band (= loci) frequencies were calculated for correlated with ecogeographical variables. In general, high RAPD genetic diversity indices associated stressful environments, either hot or cold steppes deserts. Interpopulational distances showed no association the geographic distance between populations' provenance. Significant Spearman rank correlations parameters provenance occured. Frequencies bands significantly principal component factors allozymes. correlation data indirectly suggest that natural selection appears to be major determinant both allozyme diversities being environmental stress.
