摘要: Wild barley, Hordeum spontaneum is the progenitor of cultivated barley. The center diversity in Fertile Crescent Near East, where wild barley grows under a wide range environmental and climatic conditions. Jordan expected to harbor important genes that could be used for improvement varieties especially their tolerance drought. To assess genetic allelic variation Jordanian 103 genotypes collected from different parts along with 29 were analyzed by means Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR). grouped into six populations according longitude, latitude, altitude, rainfall zone sites they have been collected, one population. All 11 SSR markers known sequences chromosomal locations. microsatellite revealed 237 alleles, an average 21.5 alleles per locus. In genotypes, 209 identified 19 locus, whereas, had 95 8.6 Moreover, 52 (22 %) total 22 (9 %). level was very high; fact, mean gene (Ht) 0.86 ranging 0.72 0.94. Average (H) 0.79 0.74 0.82. Genetic within population much higher than among at molecular levels: this also supported finding morphological characters such as awn length, plant height, days maturity, peduncle extrusion tillering number, showed populations. Clustering ecological geographical pattern.
