摘要: Most educational centers are currently using e-learning tools to provide the pedagogical resources for students, especially in higher education. Nevertheless, some students not able access this information because these authoring as accessible they should be. The main aim of paper is evaluate if one most widely tool used around world, Moodle, visually impaired people. evaluation shows that accessibility guidelines provided by World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) accomplished tool. Moreover, it people screen readers majority functionality Moodle.
