摘要: Solar cells having high efficiency and specific power are prepared in an "upside-down" process by depositing a lattice mismatch transition zone of ZnSx Sex Cdy Zn1-y Sz Se1-z on CLEFT, double-heterostructure, single crystal, Gaa Al1-a As/GaAs thin film followed deposition CuInSe2 the zone.
