摘要: A method of fabricating on a semiconductor substrate bifacial tandem solar cells with subcells having lower bandgap than the one side and higher other including, first, growing subcell that uses only same periodic table group V material in dislocation-reducing grading layers bottom as is present after initial growth complete then flipping opposite which can be different material.
