e-PARTICIPATION OF FACULTY MEMBERS IN DECISION MAKING IN SCHOOL OF COMPUTING IN UUM (FMDM)

摘要: e-Participation has gained increasing significance within the information society. Generally, participation means to take part or be involved in it; with exploitation of ICT. will improve better decision making process public sector by speed, reduced costs, reach more people. In this case, School Computing UUM many faculty members, which make it difficult hold meetings and access all problems suggest ideas discussed all. Through study design participatory management prototype for members accelerate decision-making through at hand. Contain opinions, distribute new between easier discussion, reduce meeting time; develop via using C# language as solution we present following spiral development methodology. The evaluation based on usability testing Computer Usability Satisfaction Questionnaires (CUSQ), psychometric was assessed a sample consists twenty eight employees from UUM; results have been positive.
