摘要: Mature microRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small noncoding RNA molecules involved in regulation post-translational gene expression. Although aberrant levels miRNAs have been found various tumor tissues, their importance development and the molecular basis regulatory role remain unclear. Our bioinformatic analysis on The Cancer Genome Atlas database microarray-based comparison miRNA different cell lines revealed that level mir-1287 is suppressed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. When upregulated, can reduce tumorigenesis phenotypes HCC cells several vitro models. We further directly targets messenger encoding PIK3R3, which tumor-promoting factor acting pathways linked to tumorigenesis. study suggests suppression potentially responsible for HCC, miRNA-based strategies may be developed efficient detection treatment HCC.
