摘要: Any dysfunction in olfaction requires a radiological exploration comprising the nasal cavity, anterior base of skull, particular frontal and temporal lobes. MRI is reference examination, due to plane T1, T2 volume maps. In child, aplasia olfactory bulbs falls within polymalformation (CHARGE) or endocrine (Kallman) context. adult, rhino sinus disease meningiomas are most common etiologies. Frontal impairment: tumoral vascular neurodegenerative disorders (Parkinson's disease) may accompany loss olfaction.
