摘要: Abstract NiFe2O4 nanorods and nanocubes were prepared by a hydrothermal method without any surfactant for the first time. The length diameter of about 1 μm 30 nm, respectively; side was 60–100 nm. It found that sensor based on relatively sensitive selective to triethylamine. Especially, sensitivity 1 ppm triethylamine attained 7 when operating at 175 °C. On other hand, exhibited opposite behavior; namely, conductivity increased in reducing gas atmosphere.
