摘要: To investigate the effect of an 8-week group-based cognitive behaviour therapy lifestyle intervention with monthly follow-up to 6 months and further follow up at 12 on change in weight other weight-related variables, physical activity health well being compared individualised dietetic treatment or giving information booklet only (BO). (mean±s.e.) FBI significantly greater than BO 3 (−2.8±0.7 −1.0±0.6 kg, P<0.05 −2.9±0.9 +0.5±0.9 kg, P<0.005, respectively). Change IDT did not differ from any point. For all circumference less baseline points (P<0.001). Significant differences (P=0.02), both having group. drop-outs occurred three groups. behaviour-based more effective providing alone as intensive loss improvements self-efficacy.
