Preoperative detection of occult enterovesical fistulas in patients with Crohn's disease: efficacy of oral or rectal administration of indocyanine green solution.

摘要: OBJECTIVES: Nonhazardous enteral administration of indocyanine green solution was performed to detect enterovesical occult microfistulas in patients with Crohn's disease before the fistulas had become readily apparent. METHODS: A total 12 who were suspected from their clinical manifestations having underwent study. For detection after oral or rectal solution, urine collected and examined using a colorimeter check for contamination green. The effectiveness test conventional x-ray study compared.
