摘要: Abstract We describe the development and validation of an on-line solid-phase extraction large-volume injections coupled to liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneous quantitation confirmation 14 selected trace organic contaminants in drinking surface water. Selected compounds were: anti-infectives (clarithromycin, sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim), anticonvulsant (carbamazepine) its transformation product 10,11-dihydrocarbamazepine, antihypertensive (enalapril), antineoplastics (cyclophosphamide methotrexate), herbicides (atrazine, cyanazine, simazine) two their products (deethylatrazine deisopropylatrazine) antiseptic (triclocarban). The breakthrough volume determinations showed that out all investigated sorbents, Strata-X column best performance. used a load 10.0 mL was validated using corresponding matrices, yielding most compounds, R2 > 0.99.
