摘要: The effect of demycarosylturimycin H on bacterial growth, polypeptide synthesis and peptidyltransferase was studied. effects are compared with those intact turimycins acylated or deacylated in 4''-position mycarose. removal the acyl group 4''- position mycarose leads to a total loss inhibition acceptor substrate binding while moiety changes pattern synthesis.
