摘要: It is now well established that the atria in mammals (1–3) and possibly ventricle non-mammalian vertebrates (4,5) are an endocrine gland harbouring a peptide (atrial natriuretic factor, ANF) of nown composition whose cDNA gene have been cloned (6,7). The main circulating form ANF rat C-terminal, active portion molecule (Ser 99-Tyr 126) (8) while minor component truncated version 103-Tyr (9). Secretory granules atrial cardiocytes harbour whole propeptide (Asn 1-Tyr (10) pre made up 24AA. two Arg-Arg at C-terminal end which found by cloning not part present human prepropeptide (1).
