摘要: Abstract A patient with a left atrial appendage occlusion device underwent mitral valve replacement. Later, the developed thrombosis thromboembolic myocardial infarction caused by dislocation of device. Exclusion and non–device-based may have prevented from experiencing postoperative complications (Level Difficulty: Intermediate.).
