Determination of quinolones in fish by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection using QuEChERS as sample treatment

摘要: Abstract A simple and sensitive method is proposed for the simultaneous determination of quinolones (marbofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, oxolinic acid flumequine) in different fish samples. Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography using a partially porous C18 column coupled to fluorescence detection with wavelength excitation/emission program was used. The sample treatment consisted extraction clean-up QuEChERS methodology, showing high efficiency without interferences chromatographic determination. characterized tissue terms linearity, precision, trueness limits quantification. Limits between 0.1 4.7 μg/kg were obtained, recoveries 72 108%. has been tested bass, trout, panga sturgeon, its simplicity, sensitivity suitability routine analysis that complex matrix.
