摘要: A rapid and simple analytical method has been developed for the determination of 19 quinolones in environmental water samples using ultra high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Chromatographic detection conditions have optimized separation was achieved less than 4 min. The carried out a new-generation column filled superficially porous particles, resulting lower backpressure better resolution totally particle columns. were detected by electrospray ionization positive mode multiple-reaction monitoring acquisition. sample treatment based on liquid–liquid extraction phase via salting-out employed to achieve fast that enables multiresidue analysis. validated an well from mountain area. Very low limits (between 10 90 ng/L) relative standard deviations 16.5% recoveries higher 73% achieved. Moreover, waters different origins (mountain coast areas irrigated land) evaluated similar results obtained.
