摘要: MgB2 bulks were produced by in situ solid-state reaction Ar gas using high-purity commercial powders of Mg metal and amorphous nano-B mixed a fixed ratio Mg:B = 1:2. Single-phase materials have been obtained grain structure its implications are reported. All samples sintered at 775 °C for 3 h atmosphere. X-ray diffraction results show that phase has fabricated, which as well is reflected critical temperature (Tc 37.8 K). Magnetic measurements reveal high current density (Jc) value such 408 kA/cm2 when nano-amorphous boron used. SEM studies nano-ordered grains formed, thereby creating large number boundaries responsible densities. Analysis normalized pinning force curve function reduced magnetic field indicates dominant caused boundaries.
