摘要: There is no well-defined standard of care for the use colonoscopy in treatment acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (ACPO). Colonoscopy can be helpful ACPO, but it accompanied by complications, not completely effective, and followed recurrence. These possibilities must weighed against overall risk spontaneous perforation, which low real. The therefore should selective, performed experts generally tube placement.
