摘要: Introduction: Acute cerebellar ataxia (ACA) is the most common form of pediatric ataxia. Changes in gut flora can modulate nervous system, influencing brain function via gut-brain axis (GBA). This study aimed to illustrate relationship between intestinal microbiota and ACA. Method: A total 30 12 children were randomly sampled from history surgery (HOIS) no groups (NHOIS), respectively. In addition, 10 healthy who sought physical examination Children's Hospital Nanjing Medical University recruited as a control group. The stool samples 16S rRNA detected. Results: We observed that many ACA had prior onset sequencing indicated HOIS well-distinguished by principal component analysis. discrepancy NHOIS also displayed analysis score plot. However, differences found groups. results student's t-test consistent with nine different genera identified Five phylum showed significant Conclusion: Altered phyla associated identified. Our findings provide new insight into treating preventing
