摘要: Acute cerebellar ataxia is usually a self-limited benign disease, which may develop in children after certain viral infections or vaccinations. There are several reports of acute associated with autoantibodies. Glutamate receptor delta2, member the glutamate family, predominantly expressed Purkinje cells and plays crucial role functions. To date anti-GluRdelta2 autoantibody was detected patient chronic cerebellitis. Herein, an 18-month-old boy presented 9 days following mild respiratory tract infection. Although gradually improved, it worsened yet again mumps varicella virus Cerebro-spinal fluid examination magnetic resonance imaging brain demonstrated pleocytosis meningeal enhancement, respectively. Furthermore, delta2 serum cerebro-spinal fluid. Thus, we believe that play consecutive
