摘要: Seasonal fatty acid profiles of Penaeus semisulcatus and Metapenaeus monoceros were investigated. Palmitic (16:0), stearic (18:0), oleic (18:1), palmitooleic (16:1), arachidonic (20:4), eicosapentaenoic (EPA, 20:5 n-3) docosahexaenoic (DHA, 22:6 found to be the most abundant acids in both shrimp species. Fatty profile showed seasonal changes. The highest EPA DHA contents recorded during winter (January)
