摘要: Nanocrystalline CeO have been synthesized by using a precipitation method. in mixedsolvent system of aqua DM and isopropanol. Precipited was calcined at temperature 300 C forvarious calcination time. X-ray difractometer used to investigate resulting presipitedmicrostructure. diffraction patterns were analyzed study effect time tostructure crystallite size. Refinement process x-ray pattern carried out byusing Rietveld The results show that all precipited CeO nanocrystalline withsingle phase cubic fluorite. difference lattice parameter correlated oxygenvacancy. Crystallite size found the range 9 – 11 nm, its incresed as timeincreased. The increasing did not significant influence crystallite size. These result indicated exhibited weak-agglomeration.
