摘要: Plasma concentrations of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) after acute myocardial infarction were measured at fixed times during 48 hours in 38 patients admitted to the hospital within 4.4 onset symptoms. Three admission, mean concentration ANP was significantly lower than that time admission. Thereafter it rose steadily until 15 each patient admission and individual first correlated weakly but with size infarct left ventricular function. Neither site infarct, occurrence reperfusion, nor number coronary vessels affected influenced concentration. In 24 whom cardiac catheterization performed, no relationship between pressures observed. Determination seems be little value assessing function infarction.
