摘要: The common crystallization conditions of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) were replaced by an anabaric high-pressure at 320 °C. PET samples characterized differential scanning calorimetry, density and microhardness. resulting two-phase microstructure was studied means absolute small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). A complete SAXS analysis utilizing the interface distribution function (IDF) method carried out. structure exhibited presence stacks 10 nm thick crystalline lamellae which separated amorphous layers about 1.3 thickness. Similar structures have been found after annealing metals termed nanocrystalline. Microhardness discussed in analogy with notions from field nanostructured materials. Theoretically, a multi-component lamellar has discussed. equations derived allow computation volume fractions specific surfaces components (different kinds stacks).
