摘要: Poly(ethylene-2,6-naphthalate) (PEN) was crystallized from the glassy state at atmospheric pressure (beyond end of primary crystallization) and melt high pressure. The structure characterized using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), wide-angle (WAXS), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) density measurements. SAXS patterns were analysed interface distribution function (IDF) method. For materials prepared ambient crystallinity inside layer stacks remains nearly constant during secondary crystallization process. On other hand, volume filled with increases as a temperature (Tc) time (tc). Tc > 200°C crystallisation goes along dynamic rearrangement stacks, concluded variations thickness distributions in data. < lamellae are stable, both insertion new crystal into existing generation additional is found. In contrast to PET, two different kinds not observed PEN nano-composites. Materials 400 MPa exhibit roughness crystalline domain surfaces. Depending on there continuous transformation α β-crystal modification, but hardly any change long period. Crystal increases, expense amorphous lamellar stacks. samples showing melting peaks discussed terms dual contribution correlated uncorrelated nano-crystallites, respectively.
