摘要: Abstract A large-size, two-dimensional YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 (YBCO) film was successfully prepared by a chemical solution-based coating-pyrolysis process on 30 × 10-cm size rectangular substrate of R -plane sapphire with vacuum-deposited CeO buffer layer. fluorine-free metal acetylacetonate-based solution used for coating the substrate. large-diameter spin-coater and tube furnace were adopted in annealing procedure, respectively. The c -axis oriented YBCO grown demonstrated high inductive- J values an average 2.6 MA/cm at 77 K. distribution fairly uniform ex situ process, i.e., 85% observations fall within ±20% average.
